Refreshing, sweaty, and above all, dance-filled Buti Yoga workshop will take place for the 2nd time in Tallinn at Shakti Yoga Studio! Now you have a unique opportunity to try this fun and high-energy practice, which is still relatively unknown in Europe! Yoga teacher (RYT 200) and Finland’s first certified Buti Yoga instructor Anna Jussila will come from Finland to lead this joyful and unforgettable workshop full of power and good summer vibes!
Buti is an empowering practice that brings both joy and peace. Your body will love it — its spiral technique is specifically designed to open the stiff shoulders, hips, groin, and upper and lower back of the modern desk-bound person. This dynamic and completely unique yoga workout offers dance-inspired movement, powerful shaking, beautiful spiraling motions for the whole body featuring powerful cardio intervals.

Open Level – No previous yoga or dance experience is required! The workshop offers multiple variations for movements, so absolutely anyone can join!
The Buti workshop consists of a technique section where we explore Buti’s unique movement language and warm up the body, followed by a full Buti class performed in a flowing sequence.
